At Pro Grips HQ it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We offer refund and returns for up to 30 days after purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If there are any issues with a returned item we will contact you to discuss the issue.
Once approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours of return. It may take longer to reflect on your credit card statement due to processing by credit card companies.
